Is it normal to open a support ticket and get almost no attention/reply for 3 weeks? In my mind, this is not acceptable for a paid subscription. Has anyone seen a similar issue with the new version of ProtonMail Bridge? There was one report with similar issues that I found (on reddit) but there was no resolution I even opened a new ticket on 2 saying that something seems to be messed up with my initial ticket, they replied saying that they would reach out to the ProtonMail Bridge team again, but I still have not heard back. I receive replies every so often saying "Customer Support Agent provided an update some time ago but we haven't heard back from you" and I keep replying back that the issue is NOT resolved. I opened a support ticket on 1, received a reply that they are assigning it to the ProtonMail Bridge team, and have not heard back since then. I completely uninstalled the new version of ProtonMail Bridge, reinstalled the older version (1.8.12) and went into the config files to disable 'auto upgrade' prior to launching first run, since then I have been able to launch ProtonMail Bridge after reboot, etc., by staying on this older version.

When I install the new version of ProtonMail Bridge (2.1.1), it fails to launch after the initial installation.
